About The Company
At Androlabs, we are dedicated to closing the male life expectancy gap. We’re the first global pharmaceutical company solely focused on men’s health. Worldwide, men are more likely to die younger than women and largely for preventable reasons. Our mission is to change that. Our portfolio consists of testosterone replacement and erectile dysfunction medications but our care and attention go beyond products. We are building an inclusive community for all men, dedicated to addressing knowledge gaps and shining a light on overlooked men’s health issues. We are committed to challenging stereotypes and aim to create an environment where men are comfortable being vulnerable. We are now present in over 20 countries throughout Europe and Australia. We support our healthcare professional partners to help improve the lives of every man. Androlabs is part of the same group as Simple Pharma, and more detail on Simple Pharma can be seen on the separate LinkedIn page. We are always looking for new partners who share our passion for men’s health. You can contact us on info@androlabs.com

About the company

Androlabs is the first pharmaceutical company that is entirely dedicated to men.

Founded in February 2021 and headquartered in London, Androlabs is a fast-growing scale-up company. Our medicines are commercialised in 20+ countries throughout Europe, the UK and Australia.

What is our mission and how do we work?

Gender disparities in health awareness and access to routine check-ups and treatment can result in excess preventable deaths and illness. Globally, nearly twice as many male deaths are considered preventable compared to females, contributing to the concerning statistic that men live, on average, five years less than women. At Androlabs, our mission is to close the male life expectancy gap by tackling these issues head-on.

Our mission is to improve outcomes for men, by helping them along their prevention and treatment journeys. We currently have two prescription products which have already been used millions of times by men across the EU and beyond. However, this is not nearly enough as men tend to be under-diagnosed and under-treated.

We partner with healthcare professionals who treat patients daily and lead initiatives to raise awareness of men’s health, improve education, and remove barriers to care. By putting patients first and adopting a science-led approach, we are reshaping the traditional pharma model to deliver better outcomes across men’s health.

At Androlabs, our values — Knowledge and Transparency, Agency, First Principles Thinking, and Humility — define how we work. We’re an entrepreneurial, fast-growing company where you’re trusted to make decisions, take ownership, and deliver real impact in your work. You’ll have the freedom to drive ideas, accelerate growth, and develop alongside the business. If you enjoy collaborating across diverse teams and being empowered to shape both your own growth and the company’s success, Androlabs is where innovation thrives and excellence is the norm.
