Gender disparities in health awareness and access to routine check-ups and treatment can result in excess preventable deaths and illness. Globally, nearly twice as many male deaths are considered preventable compared to females, contributing to the concerning statistic that men live, on average, five years less than women. At Androlabs, our mission is to close the male life expectancy gap by tackling these issues head-on.  

Our mission is to improve outcomes for men, by helping them along their prevention and treatment journeys. We currently have two prescription products which have already been used millions of times by men across the EU and beyond. However, this is not nearly enough as men tend to be under-diagnosed and under-treated.  

We partner with healthcare professionals who treat patients daily and lead initiatives to raise awareness of men’s health, improve education, and remove barriers to care. By putting patients first and adopting a science-led approach, we are reshaping the traditional pharma model to deliver better outcomes across men’s health.

The Internship   

This summer, we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join the Androlabs team for a focused 12-week placement. As part of the programme, you will be fully embedded within the Marketing function, allowing you to build real expertise, develop a tangible portfolio of work, and make a genuine contribution to our brand and commercial performance. 

The Androlabs marketing function is at the heart of how we position and grow our products across Europe. From digital content and brand initiatives to patient support materials and promotional campaigns, you'll gain broad exposure to pharmaceutical marketing while working closely with the sales team and external agencies. 

What You'll Be Working On 

You will support the Marketing team across a range of initiatives, which may include: 

  • Creating and adapting local content to support our core markets across Europe 
  • Supporting the development of digital marketing assets, including website content and campaign materials 
  • Liaising with external agencies and graphic designers to deliver creative projects on time and on brief 
  • Using data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies 
  • Contributing to initiatives that position Androlabs as a dedicated advocate for men's health 

Who you are  

  • Student in the final or penultimate year of an undergraduate or post-graduate degree with a stellar academic track record   
  • Creative flair combined with strong written communication skills 
  • Demonstrable teamwork skills and communication capabilities   
  • Problem-solver with high attention to detail  
  • A can-do, no excuses attitude  
  • Someone who can take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.  
  • A love of lean, well-oiled processes and operational efficiency   
  • Motivation to join an early stage, high-growth business  
  • An interest in pharmaceuticals and healthcare, although you do not need to come from a STEM background
