Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Payroll Europe Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:

  • Provide operational support to the Payroll Team for the Europe region 
  • Support time and attendance control activities, ensuring accurate and compliant timekeeping records
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of monthly payroll reports
  • Assist with payroll data entry and maintain up to date employee information
  • Prepare payroll summaries and reports for management review
  • Manage all HR documentation, including employment contracts and related records
  • Update internal HR and Payroll databases 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics or related fields (a Master’s in HR is considered a plus)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholder
  • Problem solving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
