Are you looking for a strong clinical experience in a multi-service agency that offers extensive training, supervision, and growth opportunities?

We are looking for passionate and committed interns who are open and ready to learn. Potential Internship Opportunities- Please note some of these internships are paid depending on program and level of the students training. This will be discussed during the interview process. 

Bay State Community Services has the following master level internship opportunities available for the 2026-2027 academic year (mid -May 2026-April 2027):

Behavioral Health for Justice Involved (BHJI) Program 

Behavioral Health Community Partners (BHCP) Program  

Community Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic  

CREW (Create, Respect, Empower, Wellness) Program  

Massachusetts Impaired Driver-First Offender Program (MID)

Second Offender Aftercare Program (SOA)

Massachusetts’ Young People In Recovery Program 

Quincy Family Resource Center   

Public Health & Prevention 

Potential interns could be skilled in the following areas: 

community organizing and engagement, community health, public health or macro social work, racial equity and social justice, health communications, and evaluation. 

Requirements

Currently pursuing a /Currently enrolled in Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Human Services program or any closely related field

Must Strong Computer Skills

Experience with systems (e.g. DMH, EEC, DCF) preferred but not required

Experience working with youth and families 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Additional skills with spoken and written languages are desirable

Ability to work a flexible schedule
