The Opportunity:

Provide advisory services and apply technical expertise on digital transformation initiatives. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts with limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work under direct supervision. Learn how organizations operate and helping make them better through dynamic, mission‑focused solutions. Gain hands‑on experience improving effectiveness and efficiency across the public sector while contributing directly to real project work. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

You Have:

• Experience working on a team in a professional or internship environment
• Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint   
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance 
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by December 2026 or May 2027

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate 
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms and operating systems
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Communications, Psychology, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
