This position is located within the Product Department of 365 Retail Markets and reports to the Product Management Manager. The Product Intern will work with our internal teams to take multiple projects from the idea state through to development. This will include working with stakeholders to gather feedback, writing Product Requirement Documents, creating UI/UX designs as needed, and crafting detailed user stories.

Responsibilities 

  • Perform stakeholder requirement gathering sessions.
  • Analyze various forms of input, including user interviews, data, and industry research to determine the best solution for assigned projects.
  • Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for assigned projects.
  • Create wireframe designs for UI/UX requirements as needed.
  • Craft detailed User Stories in Jira that clearly define requirements and specify expected outcomes for projects.
  • Other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors or master’s degree in Economics, Business Admin, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership role in an organization or group.
  • Strong analytical skills, with familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on creative thinking.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders including Development, QA, and Project Management.
  • Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new skills.
