This position is located within the IT Department of 365 Retail Markets, and reports to the Senior Manager of IT and Security. We are seeking a motivated Cyber Security Intern to support our cybersecurity team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in cybersecurity practices, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing security alerts and incidents.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of security controls and protocols.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and report findings.
• Help ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
• Participate in security awareness training programs.
• Contribute to the development of security documentation and policies.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
