About the Internship

This internship will allow you to actively participate in key organizational development and talent development projects. You’ll contribute to initiatives that directly impact the employee experience, skills development, and the improvement of internal practices.

Under the guidance of the Senior Advisor – Organizational Development and Talent, you’ll work in a collaborative environment where learning, curiosity, and quality deliverables are highly valued.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Support the Senior Advisor in executing organizational and talent development projects
  • Create and implement on-the-job training plans in compliance with the 1% Training Law requirements
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the employee onboarding and integration program
  • Assist in coordinating and evaluating organizational development initiatives
  • Participate in drafting, translating, and distributing HR department communications
  • Conduct research and monitor talent management trends to support the creation of tools and internal projects
  • Collaborate with the North American HR team to ensure project consistency and alignment
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing tools and practices
  • And most importantly: learn every day and make a real impact!

Profile we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) – In progress
  • University-accredited internship
  • Proficiency in French and English (oral and written)
  • Strong interest in talent development and improving organizational practices
  • Ability to structure information and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the 1% Training Law (an asset)
  • Motivated, proactive, good judgment, and a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
