About The Role

 

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Omnichannel Marketing Intern to support the development and execution of customer-centric engagement strategies within the Electrophysiology Franchise across EMEA.

You will contribute to the planning and coordination of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring consistency of messaging across touchpoints while leveraging performance insights to optimize segmentation, channel mix, and customer journeys.

Working closely with Marketing, Digital, Medical Education, and external agencies, you will help translate strategy into impactful execution—supporting high-performance campaigns that enhance customer experience and drive measurable business outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

 

Campaigns planning, execution & Insights:

  • Support the planning and development of tactics such as edetais, Marketing Cloud campaigns, webinars, and events, including data gathering and close the loop activities. 
  • Assist in coordinating assets, timelines, and inputs with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Medical Education, Digital, regulatory, legal) and external agencies. 
  • Help analyse campaign and customer data to assess performance across channels (e-details, Marketing Cloud, webinars, events, SalesCloud, etc.)
  • Support ROI and impact analysis, identifying trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
  • Participate in segmentation and targeting analyses to improve channel mix and engagement effectiveness
  • Support structured reporting and performance reviews with a rigorous, data-driven approach

 

Customer-Centric Strategy:

  • Support the definition and refinement of omnichannel customer journeys based on segmentation and behavioural insights
  • Leverage CRM and engagement data to enhance personalization and customer experience
  • Support closed-loop processes to ensure insights inform future actions

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Marketing, Digital and Medical Education to support execution of omnichannel initiatives aligned with franchise priorities
  • Contribute to fostering a strong digital and performance mindset across EMEA teams
  • Support budget tracking and monitoring with analytical discipline

 

What Are We Looking For In You?

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into clear insights and recommendations
  • High level of autonomy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working with data in a dynamic environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (B2 or higher)
  • CRM or Marketing Automation knowledge (e.g., SalesCloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus
