About the Role:
  • Assists the team in populating real estate-related databases including but not limited to commercial, retail, and industrial

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of collected data

  • Verify and validate information in online property listings

  • Conduct targeted cold calls to verify property information

  • Other ad hoc desk research tasks

About You:

  • Currently enrolled in college and pursuing Bachelor's/College Degree in Real Estate Management or any business courses

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and quality

  • High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
