Location: San José, Costa Rica
Work Hours: Flexible working hours (20 to 40 hours/week)
Profile: Current students in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields with 6 to 18 months remaining until course completion (no formal graduation act needed)
Start Date: July 6th, 2026

Job Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • Current students in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields with 6 to 18 months remaining until course completion.

  • Strong English verbal and writing skills (B2+ level).

  • Background/interest in digital/analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in engineering principles related to supply chain and logistics.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence others.

  • Strong problem-solving mentality with a "can-do" attitude.

  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and show flexibility.

  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous internship experience in a related field.
