Citi Australia – Corporate Advisory Talent Program

Event Date: 7th - 8th April 2026

The Corporate Advisory Talent Program focuses on engaging, developing, and potentially hiring talent for our Summer Analyst program. This program provides career workshops, guidance, and networking with business leaders. The Talent Program is a two-day program that is open to all majors and disciplines, and we are actively seeking candidates with a diverse range of backgrounds.

Successful candidates from this program will be eligible to receive early 2026-27 Summer Analyst offers with the Sydney and Melbourne offices.

What does the program look like?

  • Participate in training sessions and workshops

  • Network with business leaders at Citi

  • Virtual learning session

  • Opportunity to be considered for a role in our summer analyst program

  • This event will be run on zoom and is open to students across Australia

 

We want to hear from you if you are:

  • In your penultimate year of a bachelors / masters degree. Graduating mid-2027 to end-2027

  • Australian / NZ Citizen or permanent resident

  • Passionate about the banking industry
