About the Role

Job Description – Intern (Sales, Operations & Strategy)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing sales strategies and recommended action plans to achieve targeted sales performance and market share growth.
  • Support the execution of the Business Blueprint and strategic initiatives to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Monitor sales and operational performance and assist in preparing reports related to targets, budgets and forecasts.
  • Support the deployment of sales, operations and marketing plans, including promotional and growth initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of business improvement, branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Support operational excellence initiatives through process improvement, innovation and value‑adding activities.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, governance and basic risk management requirements.
  • Support the development of effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, partners and customers.
  • Assist in customer relationship management (CRM) activities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
