Job Description Summary

Event Management Intern to support on‑site events during August and September. This role offers hands‑on experience in event execution, planning, and logistics, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of on‑site events, including set‑up, coordination, and on‑the‑day assistance

  • Assist with planning and preparation of upcoming events

  • Support inventory management, ordering of merchandise, and event materials

  • Coordinate logistics, shipping, and deliveries related to events

  • Support events organized by the Product team, customer visits, internal meetings, and HR initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university or similar educational program

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Hands‑on, proactive mindset with attention to detail

  • Comfortable working on site and supporting multiple stakeholders

  • Interest in event management, coordination, or operations

  • Windows Office & MacOS skills.

  • Very good German & English skills.

  • Ideally capable of a speaking an additional language.
