Áreas Disponibles:

 

Backend Development (Java o .NET)

En esta práctica aprenderás a:

  • Desarrollar, mantener y depurar servicios backend utilizando Java o .NET.
  • Participar en la construcción de APIs, microservicios y componentes reutilizables.
  • Aplicar buenas prácticas de programación, versionamiento y pruebas técnicas.
  • Colaborar con equipos globales de desarrollo y arquitectura.

Frontend Development (Angular o React)

En esta práctica aprenderás a:

  • Crear interfaces web modernas utilizando Angular o React.
  • Consumir APIs y trabajar con componentes dinámicos y responsive design.
  • Implementar mejores prácticas de UX/UI y accesibilidad.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con diseñadores, product owners y desarrolladores globales.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

En esta práctica aprenderás a:

  • Monitorear, automatizar y mejorar la confiabilidad de sistemas productivos.
  • Trabajar con herramientas de infraestructura, observabilidad y CI/CD.
  • Participar en análisis de incidentes y mejoras de performance.
  • Colaborar con equipos internacionales de operaciones y desarrollo.

 

Responsabilidades Generales del Rol:

  • Participar en proyectos globales aportando en tareas técnicas según el área seleccionada.
  • Dar soporte operativo en actividades del equipo, asegurando buena comunicación y seguimiento.
  • Mantener documentación técnica, reportes y actualizaciones de estado.
  • Colaborar con equipos multiculturales mediante reuniones virtuales y entregables definidos.
  • Contribuir con propuestas que impulsen la mejora continua de procesos y herramientas.
  • Apoyar en actividades de validación, pruebas, versionamiento y mantenimiento de aplicaciones o servicios.

 

Requisitos:

  • Ser estudiante activo de programa técnico, tecnólogo, o practicante universitario (sin contrato de aprendizaje previo).
  • Inglés mínimo B1+ (oral y escrito).
  • Conocimientos básicos en desarrollo según el área de interés: Backend, Frontend o SRE.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Organización, atención al detalle y motivación por aprender en un entorno tecnológico.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Disponibilidad para asistir a oficina en Bogotá de lunes a viernes (C.C Nuestro Bogotá).
