THE POSITION 

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program offers real-world exposure for students interested in the live entertainment industry. Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the live event business while applying your academic knowledge to real-world situations. You’ll also strengthen your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills along the way.

This part-time position requires 15–20 hours per week. Interns are expected to work in our Austin office Tuesday through Thursday, so please ensure your availability aligns with these days. The internship runs through the Summer and Fall semesters, beginning June 23, 2026, and concluding November 19, 2026.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO 

  • Input and generate ticket count tracking reports daily
  • Maintain internal ticket count system
  • Assist with event builds on designated ticketing system for festivals
  • Collect and analyze inventory data across multiple events
  • Process and fulfill ticket requests, internal orders and other credentials for events/festivals as needed
  • Support the C3 Ticketing Team in the office or at events as needed
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • The Ticketing intern will be key in ticket sales operations, reporting, fulfillment and on site operations for the Festival Ticketing Team. This position will learn how to build events and place tickets on sale for events using specific ticketing systems. Additionally, this position will learn how to compile, analyze and track ticket count data across various events. The successful Ticketing intern will understand the full ticketing process of a festival from on sale to event completion.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • In office support at the Austin, TX office
  • Currently enrollment in an accredited College or University; Preferably in field related to the internship you are applying for
  • Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative 
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Exercises sound judgment with professionalism and discretion
  • Able to commit to 15-20 hours per week, with in-office availability Tuesday through Thursday
  • Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office
