Core Responsibilities
Trainees will learn everything about customer consultation, merchandise presentation, cash register duties, and daily procedures within the garden department over two or three years, depending on the chosen training path. They will also deepen their knowledge in business administration, take responsibility for their own projects, and continuously develop through seminars and training.

About the Role

Für den Ausbildungsstart zum 01.08.2026 suchen wir dich als zukünftigen toomworker für unseren toom Baumarkt.

Das erwartet dich:

Verkäuferin/Verkäufer (m/w/d) – Bereich Garten / in 2 Jahren:

Du lernst alles rund um Kundenberatung, Warenpräsentation, Kassentätigkeiten und den täglichen Ablauf in der Gartenabteilung.


Kauffrau/Kaufmann im Einzelhandel (m/w/d) – Bereich Garten / in 3 Jahren:

Du vertiefst zusätzlich dein Wissen in betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen, übernimmst Verantwortung in eigenen Projekten und entwickelst dich weiter zum Verkaufsprofi.


In beiden Ausbildungen im Team toom:

  • Bist du der/die kreative Anpacker:in
  • Lernst du von Zimmerpflanzen über Gartenbaustoffe bis hin zu Rasenmähern und Grills die verschiedenen Fachbereiche des Gartencenters kennen
  • Zeigst du Verantwortung in eigenen Projekten
  • Entwickelst du dich durch Azubiseminare und Fachtrainings stetig weiter und bist so bestens auf deine Prüfung vorbereitet
