About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

  • Content and Creative Direction: Plan and produce marketing copy, visual assets, and social media content that aligns with brand voice and ensures strong communication impact.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Collect and analyze marketing campaign data, track key performance indicators, and deliver data insights to optimize ad delivery and content strategy.
  • Operations and Execution: Support the operation of marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing), drive campaign implementation, and monitor execution progress.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, design, product, and other departments to ensure the smooth rollout of integrated marketing projects.

About you

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation or CRM tools.
  • Experience with content creation, graphic design (e.g., Photoshop), or video editing is a plus.
  • Onboarding Time: As soon as possible
  • Internship Duration: 6 months
