About the Role

Overview

Join Pennrose for an exciting and immersive Summer Internship Program designed to introduce local students to the local field of affordable housing real estate development. Throughout the course of the summer, interns will gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and participate in networking opportunities at our corporate office located in Philadelphia, PA.Internship placements may be available in one or more of the following departments:Real Estate DevelopmentAccounting MarketingHuman Resources Asset ManagementProperty Management & OperationsAssignments are based on organizational needs and candidate interests.Pay Rate: $20/hr#IND123

Responsibilities

  • Assisting teams with daily operations, project coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Conducting research and analysis to support ongoing projects
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas
  • Assisting with data entry, documentation, and reporting
  • Supporting community‑focused initiatives and company events
  • Shadowing professionals to gain insight into career pathways

Qualifications

•Full-time enrollment in an Associate's or Bachelors Degree program at an accredited college or university

• Proof of residence in one of the following zip codes: 19121, 19130, 19132

• Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a collaborative setting
