This position is for an engineering intern. This job will receive guidance and mentorship from plant leaders. The intern will support operations by working with the process engineering team. In this role, the intern will work closely with production, operation excellence, supply chain, and quality assurance. At the end of the internship, you will have acquired skills to move you forward in your career and potentially into a full time rotational program with CCL.
CCL’s Engineering Rotational Program is a three year program for recent college graduates. The engineering assignments could include any of the following rotations: Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operational Excellence/Supply Chain, and Research and Development.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support Operations by working with the Process Engineering team
- Work closely with Production, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain and Quality Assurance
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing with option to grow into a leader
- Ability to work in groups to lead and complete process improvement project
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Present out process improvement project to plant leadership
Education and Experience:
- Actively enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program with a major in mechanical, industrial, chemical or manufacturing engineering
- Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.2
- Must legally be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Completion of Junior year by start of internship
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
