For our Legal Department we are seeking a curious and enthusiastic intern who will support the Group Legal & Compliance teams with a specific focus on:

• Performing screening and due diligence activities on third parties (e.g., suppliers, agents, customers).
• Developing and implementing Compliance Programs, with specific focus on Anti-Corruption, Trade Compliance, and Privacy.
• Organizing and implementing Ethics & Compliance training programs.
• Preparing periodic compliance reports for management.
• Contracts review (NDA, test agreements, lease agreements, sales or supply agreements)

     Requirements

Master’s degree in Law

Fluent in English

Expenses reimboursement

Duration: 6 months
