BASIC FUNCTION:  This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in developing and managing content across various digital platforms to enhance our brand’s online presence, engage our audience, and support the marketing strategies of our many resort outlets.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Draft engaging content for website listings, blog posts, email newsletters, community calendars, and marketing collateral. 
• Website Content Management: Update, edit, and maintain resort calendar to reflect current and upcoming programming. 
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to drive engagement. 
• Content Strategy & Planning: Help develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring content is consistently aligned with brand voice and goals.  

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 
• Writing Skills: Strong, versatile writing and editing skills with high attention to detail and grammar. 
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS)  
• Traits: Creative, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
