Job description

Are you a driven student or recent graduate with a passion for the dynamic field of Human Resources? If so, we have an extraordinary opportunity waiting for you! 
This internship, based in Parma, will provide hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.


Job purpose

Support the execution of the following processes across all geographies where Barilla is based:

  • Talent Attraction
  • Employer Branding
     

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and continuous improvement of Talent Management process.
  • Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide operational support for various HR projects
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the HR IT team to ensure smooth process execution.
  • Help create and distribute communications related to Employer Branding & talent management programs.
  • Prepare and analyse reports and dashboards to track progress and identify trends.
     

Requirements

  • Graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment and talent management operations, corporate communication is a plus.
  • Excellent English.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR processes and strategies.
