About the Role

Assistant(e) Paie et Administration du personnel – Alternance

 

Quelle est la mission ?

 

Au sein de l’équipe Ressources Humaines, vous serez en charge de l’administration du personnel et de la paie.

 

Quelles sont les activités principales ?

 

  • Gestion administrative des arrivées et sorties des collaborateurs (création de dossiers embauche…, visites médicales, STC …) ;
  • Gestion, suivi administratif et paie de l’ensemble de la population étudiante ;
  • Assistance auprès des gestionnaires de paie (suivi activités, renfort…) ;
  • Gestion des absences et congés dans les outils (suivi des IJSS) ;
  • Participation aux différents projets en cours ;
  • Classement & archivage.

 

Que recherchons-nous ?

 

  • Vous débutez votre formation Licence 2/3 /Master 1 RH
  • Vous avez une première expérience en Ressources Humaines
  • Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques Word, Excel et PowerPoint
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et avez une bonne capacité d'adaptation
