About the Role
Test Engineering Intern (Silicon Validation & Characterization)

Focus: Post-Silicon Reliability & Testing

What You’ll Solve

You will bridge the gap between design and production by automating the Silicon Characterization pipeline. You’ll eliminate manual data collection hurdles by converting test patterns (STIL/VCD) and stress-testing our product to find its true physical limits.

What You’ll Deliver

  • A streamlined pattern conversion tool (STIL/VCD to .binl).
  • A comprehensive Characterization Report mapping device performance (voltage and frequency) across a full range of operating temperatures.

What You’ll Learn:

You will gain a deep technical understanding of how ATE (Automated Test Equipment) drivers interface with silicon. You’ll learn how to define and validate the functional margin of a device, a critical skill for any silicon career.

What You Bring

  • Major: CS or EE.
  • Technical Edge: Basic understanding of ATE, proficiency in C++, and a strong handle on Data Analysis to interpret characterization results.
  • Capacity: 20–25 hours per week.
