We are looking for a Marketing Intern to assist the marketing & product team in the implementation of our 2026 events. The ideal candidate would be someone with initiative who is looking to gain valuable experience with an industry-leading events company. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and develop new ones under the direction of our marketing team. The candidate will work closely with the team to support the development, management, execution and distribution of marketing deliverables.
You will have the opportunity to learn from and be trained by our team's marketing and digital media experts. We will work around your academic schedule to ensure that this experience will enhance your knowledge in the marketing space to compliment your formal education while gaining real life experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write content blog posts for a network of C-Level executives
- Create marketing materials for promotion of our assemblies
- Assist web design team with basic site updates (speaker and attendee lists, etc.)
- Support product and content team by researching potential thought leaders
- Source content for social media team and research new followings
- Assist in researching and updating our competitive event landscapes as well as searching for new partnership opportunities
- This is a part-time internship, up to 20 hours per week
- Millennium Alliance will work with the intern’s university to help ensure academic credit, where applicable
- This is a paid internship at $17/hour, for up to 20 hours per week
The ideal candidate would have experience with:
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- WordPress
- Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop or Canva)
Compensation is determined based on role and location and may consist of base salary and additional incentive compensation, including commission, or bonus, where applicable.
