Core Responsibilities
Interns will gain real-world experience in Environmental and Structural Due Diligence for the commercial real estate industry, participating in tasks such as real estate data review and analysis, Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, and construction process consulting. They will be paired with a dedicated mentor for guidance and hands-on experience throughout the 10-12 week paid internship.
