Job Description

We are looking for a Total Rewards Intern to join our 2026 summer internship program in Denver, CO!

Our 12-week summer internship offers more than just a project — it's a launchpad for your career. Interns at EBI are given the opportunity to work on meaningful assignments that make a direct impact on our business.

The Total Rewards Intern will work within our corporate Human Resources department in support of all aspects of compensation, benefits and wellness including, but not limited to:

  • Broad-based, global, and executive compensation

  • Medical, dental, vision and other health and welfare benefits

  • Global wellness challenges

Sample projects:

  • Participate in a compensation survey, including match organization jobs to survey match jobs, organize and submit data to the survey provider

  • Create a salary structure or career framework improving line-of-sight to career opportunity

  • Project manage creation of electronic data exchanges between HRIS system and market pricing platform

  • Assist in the development of Open Enrollment materials and planning

  • Interface with field HR generalists and benefit vendors on escalation of employee issues

Requirements:

  • Candidate pursuing an undergraduate degree in a Human Resources, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel

Hourly pay rate: $19-$22
