This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a manufacturing intern in Cooper Lighting Solutions with Signify.

Develops and optimizes manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality. Implements digital manufacturing solutions to enhance production capabilities and data integration.

• Leads improvement projects in production and documentation.

• Improves products, processes, and machinery in the Production Unit to ensure safety, yield, efficiency, quality, reliability, and stable production.

• Takes improvement actions to achieve target performance.

• Designs and implements process improvements using digital manufacturing technologies.

• Monitors process performance and analyzes data for continuous improvement.

• Develops and maintains documentation for manufacturing processes and digital systems.

• Trains and supports production staff on new processes and digital tools.

• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all process activities.

Process flow diagrams, time and motion studies
Lean Manufacturing concepts (5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement)
Desirable: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software
Desirable: Python
Intermediate Excel skills (tables, charts, formulas)
Basic knowledge of industrial safety and quality systems

Teamwork skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn (very important for interns)
