Department Overview  

In Bloom’s Customer Installations Group (CIG), the civil engineering team focuses on the physical setup and integration of infrastructure systems within a facility, site, or project.  

Position Responsibilities 

  • Support the preparation of engineering drawings, reports, and documentation.  

  • Participate in the coordination of utility installations (e.g., water, sewer, electrical).  

  • Help monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and environmental engineers.  

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required. 

  • Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027 

  • Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills 

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
