About the Role

Team Overview and Responsibilities:

Team Overview and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Finanzas Director, the position holder will exhibit energetic project management of process improvements that impact the bottom line in an exciting, challenging and performance driven organization.
  • SAP procedures customization.
  • General Fixed Assets Physical Inventory.
  • Identify and tag new fixed assets.
  • Update Finance process to align with SAP and integrated system.
  • Provide periodical reports bringing project status.
  • Update actual descriptions, locations, responsible, etc.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:

  • College bachelor’s degree, currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree related to industrial engineering, industrial production, mechanics, accounting, business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite; Intermediate Excel experience minimum is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of statistical techniques
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
  • Energized when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty; deals constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.
  • Personal commitment to and takes action to continuously improve and lean; accepts assignments that broaden capabilities.
  • Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership
