About the Role
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Data & Analytics Intern will support the Enterprise Data & Analytics team by assisting with analytics initiatives, data product development, and AI-driven solutions that support business decision-making across Skechers. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise data platforms, dashboards, and emerging AI technologies while working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support business teams in analyzing data and generating insights to support decision-making 

  • Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for dashboards and analytics solutions 

  • Collaborate with BI developers and data engineers to support development and testing of analytics products 

  • Analyze datasets to identify trends and actionable insights 

  • Assist with exploratory work related to AI, machine learning, and Generative AI initiatives 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Good communication and organizational skills 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment 

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) 

  • Exposure to machine learning or Generative AI tools 

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN:

The pay range for this role is $25/hr.
