You are a curious designer at the start of your career who wants real experience, not busy work. You care about ideas as much as craft. You notice details. You ask good questions. You want to understand how design actually drives brand and growth in the real world. 

This role is for someone who wants to learn inside a fast paced creative team working on real client work for major B2B brands. 

Responsibilities  

  • Support the creative team across brand, digital, campaign and social work 

  • Assist with design execution including layouts, visuals, presentations and basic motion where applicable 

  • Help translate creative concepts into polished design assets 

  • Participate in brainstorms, creative reviews and team critiques 

  • Prep files and assets for internal and client use 

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists and developers 

  • Learn and work within Marketbridge brand systems and client guidelines 

Qualifications  

  • Current Junior enrolled in a design or related program 

  • A portfolio that shows strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color and concept 

  • Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Comfortable taking direction and open to feedback 

  • Strong attention to detail and organization 

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 

  • Interest in branding, digital experiences and campaign work
