About the Role

About our group:

The Supply Chain Recycling team leads the company’s sustainability and recycling initiatives. We drive the development of a comprehensive recycling program, strengthen supplier networks, streamline existing activities, and build systematic processes to support responsible material recovery across the supply chain. The team works closely with global partners and supports data‑driven decision making to enhance operational efficiency and environmental impact.

About the role - you will:

As a Supply Chain Recycling Intern, you will support data, reporting, and dashboard development that helps quantify and visualize packaging materials that can be recycled across our supply chain. You will work with experienced professionals who will provide mentorship on tools, processes, and data methodologies. You will:

  • Develop clear, user‑friendly dashboards and reports related to shipments to suppliers and contract manufacturers
  • Perform data acquisition, cleaning, transformation, and publishing to support recycling analytics
  • Analyze existing dashboards and reports, then redesign or enhance them for simplicity and usability
  • Collaborate with data scientists and supply chain operations teams locally and across time zones to gather data and conduct exploratory analytics
  • Support continuous improvement of data workflows, documentation, and dashboard standards

  • Gain an understanding of our core data systems, supply chain databases, and analytics processes
  • Learn how to work with multiple data sources to build reliable, scalable dashboards
  • Observe how global technical teams collaborate to support sustainability and supply chain initiatives

  • Conduct meaningful data analysis and translate insights into clear visualizations
  • Build dashboards that consolidate complex datasets into intuitive formats for decision‑making
  • Collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary and global teams
  • Communicate data findings professionally to stakeholders

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Adaptable and able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • A clear communicator who can explain data‑related concepts to diverse teams
  • Collaborative, open‑minded, and comfortable working with cross‑functional and international partners
  • Able to commit to a full‑time internship from May to December

Your experience includes:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Digital Supply Chain, Business Analytics or any relevant fields
  • Familiarity with data analysis or visualization concepts
  • Interest in supply chain processes, sustainability, or analytics
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools
  • Basic understanding of statistics, data cleaning, or data workflow concepts

Location:

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
