About the Role

This posting is designed to collect candidate interest and contact information during the SETU Waterford Business Networking Career Event and to support recruitment for Early Career opportunities at State Street in Ireland.

We offer two primary entry points for early‑career candidates:

  • A 12‑month internship program (September 2026 – August 2027), a 8-month internship program (January 2027- August 2027), providing hands‑on experience and exposure to real business activities

  • Permanent full‑time entry‑level roles for candidates ready to begin their professional career

Both options allow participants to contribute to meaningful projects from the outset while developing skills in a structured and supportive environment.

  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and professional standards

  • Interest in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech industries
