Position: Lab Intern (Student)
Department: Creation & Application Lab, F&B Japan
Location: Japan

Position Summary

The Lab Intern will support the daily operations of the Creation and Application Labs, including sample preparation and basic lab coordination activities. The role will also assist the team in improving the oil storage and handling process as part of ongoing operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support timely oil pick-up and delivery for laboratory activities
• Assist with sample preparation and basic lab operational tasks
• Support evaluators and lab teams in responding to daily requests
• Help maintain and organize oil storage and handling processes
• Assist with data entry and tracking related to lab materials
• Contribute to improving workflow efficiency in collaboration with lab assistants

Requirements

• University student (science, chemistry, food science or related field preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic communication skills in Japanese (English is a plus)
