About the Role

Job Summary

The TA Intern is responsible for providing overall support to recruitment, and assigned project support in HRS.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with full lifecycle recruiting of regular and temporary positions and interns.

  • Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to, apply for a vacant position.

  • Screen C.V base on education and work experience; direct search resumes on job boards.

  • Conduct telephone interview and take record for reference.

  • Other projects as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

Education:

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Resources or a related Business field.

Experience:

  •  Previous internship experience.

  • Job Boards experience.

  • Workday experience

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Good command in English written and basic oral English.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Should possess solid organizational skills, strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.

  • Ability to maintain composure and the ability to manage confidential, sensitive information.

  • A team player with enthusiasm, positive outlook and professional demeanor who takes initiative and direction.

  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
