What awaits you?
- You will support the development and evaluation of learning-based methods for map-based visual localization in autonomous driving.
- Furthermore, you help review state-of-the-art visual localization techniques and analyze the impact of diverse map components and input modalities.
- In addition, you contribute your research findings directly to the advancement of our map products.
- Moreover, you drive your project with regular feedback from your mentor and receive dedicated support from our expert team.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in computer science, artificial intelligence, robotics, or a related technical field (Master's program).
- Knowledge in computer vision and deep learning, familiar with modern vision transformers and scene representations.
- High proficiency in programming and debugging with Python, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
- Prior project experience in computer vision or autonomous driving perception algorithms is a plus.
- Business-fluent English skills; German proficiency is a plus.
