About the Role

Start from september

 

We are searching for an intern (m/f/d) to support our Headquarter group Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement in Germany and our local Digital Marketing team in the United Kingdom for a 6-month period. 

Deployment location will be Winnenden at Stuttgart (Headquarter) and in our subsidiary in Banbury, nearby London.  

 

This is how you WOW:

 

  • As part of the Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement Group you will support the teams in a variety of digital marketing topics like Performance Marketing, Digital Content Management, CRM & Loyalty or SEO. 

  • Main focus of the internship will be driving the social selling activities in our subsidiary in the UK together with the local marketing team. Amongst others this includes the examination of possibilities and opportunities of social selling and actively promoting prospering results from an ecom marketing & content perspective in our new sales channels. Focus is on the local TikTok channel, but other social platforms relevant to the market are also to be included.

  • Together with your colleagues, you develop our digital touchpoints and customer approach, translating complex customer journeys into transparent process models (BPM) to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Through trend research, market and competitor analysis you are playing an active role in supporting your colleagues to improve the future readiness of our digital channels. 

  • Cross-functional requests from the headquarters and local colleagues from product marketing, social media, sales and others will be processed pro-actively and autonomously by you. 

  • Being part of an agile, international and motivated team and the overtaking of own responsibilities will enable you to gain hands-on practical experiences in a dynamic and exciting environment. 

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

 

  • University Study in one of the following or a related field: International Marketing, E-Commerce Management, (International) Business with Focus on Sales and Marketing, Media Management.

  • Highly interested in digital Marketing and Customer Engagement topics, especially in the area of social selling and social media. 

  • Confident to work and communicate in an international environment and to live abroad. 

  • High degree of self-initiative, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.  

  • Independent and structured working method, combined with good time and self-management skills. 

  • Ideally first experiences in one of the mentioned task areas.

  • Computer literate and efficient with Google Suite, Photoshop experience desirable.

  • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal). Further languages are beneficial but not obligatory.
