Role Summary and Impact 

We are seeking a curious and dynamic Search & Social Intern to join a dedicated client team within our digital unit. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to acquire a thorough understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM). You will gain hands-on experience, directly contributing to projects that deliver measurable client success by optimizing presence and engagement across key search engines and social platforms for our most important clients. 

Activities 

  • Support the creation, management, and optimization of Search Advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. 
  • Assist in the management of Paid Advertising activities across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok. 
  • Conduct daily analysis of campaign performance, monitoring spending, and assessing the achievement of defined objectives to ensure optimal delivery. 
  • Contribute to the generation of comprehensive performance reports and assist in identifying opportunities for optimization to maximize results for both internal and client review. 
  • Collaborate closely with Search & Social Specialists to analyze campaign outcomes, derive actionable insights, and contribute to formulating data-driven recommendations for future strategies. 

About You 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field. 
  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for search engines, social networks, digital advertising, and understanding new developments in the sector. 
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and a genuine curiosity for understanding market dynamics and consumer behavior through digital insights. 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, as you will engage with diverse teams and clients. Fluency in Italian is also required. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, familiarity with other digital advertising tools, or experience with social media platforms will be considered a significant advantage.

  • Highly proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently, with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines. 
  • Driven by passion for the digital media industry, demonstrating high motivation and commitment to achieving individual and collective goals.
