Responsibilities also involve creating employment contract folders and assisting with the onboarding and supervision of working students and interns.

About the Role

Möchtest du Teil eines Unternehmens sein, das sich der individuellen Mobilität widmet und die Vision "Shaping mobility for a better future" verfolgt? Die Porsche Holding sucht nach motivierten Mitarbeiter:innen, die unser Unternehmen in den Bereichen Handel, Finanzierung und IT-Systeme unterstützen. Werde Teil unseres Teams und gestalte gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft der Mobilität!

Dauer: 6 Monate

Das erwartet dich

  • Unterstützung des Teams im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess:
    • Schaltung von Inseraten
    • Bewerber- und Bewerberinnenadministration
    • Teilnahme an Bewerbungsgesprächen (Vor- und Nachbereitung)
    • Sichtung und Beurteilung von Bewerbungsunterlagen
    • Terminkoordination
    • Erstellung von Dienstvertragsmappen
  • Mithilfe bei der Einstellung bzw. Betreuung von Ferialpraktikant*innen und damit zusammenhängende Vertragserstellung von Schülerpraktika
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kolleg*innen aus dem Employer Branding (z.B. Durchführung von & Teilnahme an Karrieremessen)
  • Mitarbeit bei diversen HR-Projekten, wie z.B. die Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen oder Internetrecherchen

Das bringst du mit

  • Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement
  • In HR-Themen liegt Deine Leidenschaft und Du hast Spaß Dich in neue Themen einzufinden
  • Du bist eine kommunikative, eigenständige Person, die strukturiert und zielorientiert arbeitet
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Dich interessieren die Bereiche Personalmanagement und Recruiting und Du befasst Dich gerne mit arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
  • Du hast einen geübten Umgang mit MS-Office
