We‘re currently looking for an Office Administration Intern to join our Office Management Team. In this role, you will support the organization on many different levels and, together with the team, play an important role in ensuring efficient operations. Your responsibilities will range from providing support to customers and employees throughout our facilities to contributing to the agenda for our senior managers. You will play an important part in ensuring that our business runs efficiently.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

  • Perform receptionist duties, including welcoming guests in person, answering, and directing inquiries 
  • Ensure the proper operation of office equipment by conducting preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and managing equipment inventories 
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and maintain smooth document flow 
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries 
  • Assisting with meeting room reservations and ensuring rooms are properly set up 
  • Provide administrative support for internal and external meetings, including management meetings held on-site, 
  • Conduct conference room audits 
  • Reporting office maintenance issues and following up with service providers 
  • Assist with the organization of office events and activities, conference rooms audits, and catering orders 
  • Support the office coordinator and managers with general administrative tasks 

Your Skills and Expertise: 

  • You are energetic, communicative, and open‑minded, and you enjoy working with people and creating a positive atmosphere.
  • You have a hands‑on attitude, show initiative, and are willing to take responsibility and learn.
  • You are well‑organized, supportive, and proactive, which makes you a strong part of the team.
  • You have an experience in the similar position – nice to have
  • You have a university background - ideally after the second year of Bachelor studies.
  • You have a good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Availability to work min. 25h/ week
