Category Procurement Intern - Indirect, Poznań

 

Role & team overview

 

Join our Regional Western Europe Procurement team and gain practical experience in managing Indirect Categories that support the entire organization to facilities and business support.

You will work closely with Category Managers, supporting sourcing projects that directly impact how the business operates on a daily basis.

This internship gives you visibility into how procurement enables the organization beyond production - improving cost efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Searching historical data in the systems e.g Ariba, Sievo, SAP another tools
  • Supporting Category Managers in day-to-day procurement activities
  • Supporting in data preparation and analytics
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Western Europe

 

 

We are looking for colleagues who:

 

  • Enjoy an international environment
  • Speak English (min.B2)
  • Have a teamwork approach
  • Are available for at least 20 hrs. per week
  • Holds or is pursuing a degree in Economics, Business, Law or a related field
  • Is open to new approaches, supportive of new ideas, and responsible
  • Has good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power BI)
