About the Team

 

IptiQ opens attractive new risk pools through insurtech operating entities (OEs) within the primary insurance.

As wholly owned businesses of Swiss Re, our shared mission is to help close the protection gap in the market and provide digital insurance solutions, primary insurance knowledge, new tools, and insights that will help reach new markets and offer new products.

As part of iptiQ, the L&H Digital Platform Team collaborates with the iptiQ OEs to support them in achieving their goals by delivering innovative and effective digital capability for their distribution partners.

 

About the Role

 

We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized intern to join the team as Policy Administration Associate.

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • You will execute specific repetitive tasks in the company system and communicate with iptiQ Customer Care team.
  • You will learn the whole policy life cycle to understand financial or technical impact of your performance.
  • You will be a part of the team defining the rules, processes and the proper system controls to mitigate the operational and financial risk related to policy administration.
  • You will be empowered to raise notice in case of systems failures or errors.
  • You will help drive the efficiency across the Operations teams.

 

We are looking for an associate who will be a member of our Policy administration team taking care of life and non-life portfolio in EMEA region. You will be responsible for processing the specific tasks in our production systems in the close collaboration with the team.

 

About You

 

  • You are detailed, structured, and motivated to learn.
  • You are keeping stated deadlines.
  • You like working in fast-paced environment.
  • You are skilled to cooperate with other team members, articulate your needs and opinions and listen to the others.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You are very good in English.
  • You are good at MS office and data entry skills.

 

The start date for this role is 1 June 2026.
