Job Description

Are you about to graduate and looking for a challenging role that puts your expertise into practice? With us, you'll delve deep into the world of MEMS sensors and actively contribute to the quality of products for the consumer electronics and automotive industries.
Here, you'll not only develop innovative testing concepts but also see how your work directly contributes to the success of our cutting-edge technologies.

  • During your thesis you will analyze and characterize MEMS sensors in detail, which are used in key areas of the consumer electronics as well as automotive industries.
  • Furthermore, you will develop innovative test concepts to optimize the measurement accuracy of our sensors by using various stimuli such as temperature, pressure and acceleration.
  • You will independently plan and conduct experimental test series, precisely evaluate the data obtained and present your results convincingly to the development team.
  • Lastly, you will actively participate in our interdisciplinary development team, contribute your insights and play a key role in shaping the development process.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Physics, Electrical Engineering, Technical Informatics or a comparable technical field, e.g. Mechatronics, Microsystems Technology
  • Experience and Knowledge: solid knowledge of physics, especially mechanics, electrodynamics and/or electronics; basic programming skills in C/C++ or a comparable language, e.g. Python; fundamental knowledge of measurement technology, data analysis and laboratory work
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are able to independently and creatively explore new paths, face technical challenges and always keep the common goal in mind; you enjoy working in a team, contribute your own ideas and pursue goals with dedication and conscientiousness
  • Work Routine: office attendance required
  • Languages: fluent in English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 4 - 6 months
