About the Role

Job Purpose

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering to join our manufacturing assembly team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and exposure to the assembly of critical components used in oil and gas operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in mechanical principles and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

•  Assemble mechanical and electrical components as per engineering drawings and standard operating procedures

•  Operace hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure product accuracy and reliability

•  Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

•  Maintain a clean and organized work environment

•  Adhere to safety standards and report any incidents or hazards promptly

•  Record work activities and maintain accurate production documentation

Qualifications :

•  Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution

•  Fresh graduates are welcome: no prior experience required

•  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions

•  Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English is mandatory

•  Basic understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes

•  Strong attention to detail and willingness. to learn

•  Physically fit and capable of working in a factory setting
