This position ensures that operational workflows and system accuracy run smoothly across seasons, channels, and global sourcing networks. Working within Operations department, with close interactions with Merchandising, Sourcing & Product Development and Logistics teams, the role contributes to executing a reliable supply plan, maintaining accurate ERP data, and guaranteeing that products move efficiently from suppliers to customers.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">In a category‑driven and trend‑responsive industry like sportswear, the Supply Planning & ERP Assistant contributes to the operational workflow, securing data accuracy and integrity across the organization’s systems (ERP, PLM, …). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, cross‑functional teamwork, and operating within a dynamic environment where speed, accuracy, and collaboration are essential.</p><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>Your missions will include :</strong></div><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><u>ERP & Master Data responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Maintain & optimize product master data in the ERP system ensuring accuracy and timely creation of SKUs, product attributes and classification structures used for planning and reporting.</li><li>Support the integration of planning data into the ERP maintaining vendor data, lead times and shipment parameters to ensure system accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Monitor system alerts and exceptions reviewing PSR (Production Scheduling Report) notifications related to late deliveries, or incorrect parameters, and escalate issues to the planning team for resolution.</li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><u>Supply Planning main activities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Assist in purchase order creation and tracking preparing and maintaining purchase orders for vendors and sourcing hubs, ensuring accuracy in quantities, delivery dates, product attributes, and cost details.</li><li>Follow up with production and delivery status working closely with Supply Planning team to gather updates on production progress, lead times, and shipment schedules to ensure timely inbound flow.</li><li>Assist in generating KPIs such as supplier performance rating to ensure Sourcing & Supply Planning optimization.</li></ul><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>About you :</strong></div><ul><li>Preparation of a Master Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or any comparable data-driven field</li><li>ERP & Planning Systems Proficiency: experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor M3) and ability to manage master data, purchase orders, and system parameters.</li><li>Data Management & Accuracy: strong attention to detail in maintaining SKU attributes, supplier data, pricing, season codes, and logistics parameters.</li><li>Excel & Analytical Tools: proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and strong aptitude for handling large datasets.</li><li>Cross‑functional collaboration: effective and proactive partnership with other departments.</li><li>Proactivity & Curiosity: willingness to anticipate issues, improve processes, and learn new systems or tools quickly.</li><li>Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, as the role operates within a highly multicultural and multilingual organization.
