About the Role

ThinkOn is looking for a top performing student to work within our Marketing team. This internship opportunity is available to post-secondary students in a business, communication, or marketing-related disciplines.

You don’t need a technical background to succeed here, just curiosity and a willingness to learn. This internship is designed for students who want hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to global marketing programs. You’ll gain practical skills across brand execution, marketing operations, and creative problem solving while gaining real-world experience with the tools, systems, and strategies that power modern, global marketing teams.

ThinkOn is a remote-first organization; however, due to the nature of this role, occasional in-person attendance at our Head Office in Etobicoke, ON (located at Islington TTC Subway Station) will be required.

You Will:

  • You will work with Digital and Content Marketing to execute inbound marketing campaign initiatives, such as social media, webinars, email outreach, and more.
  • You will bring creative ideas to life by planning and launching engaging campaigns that encourage our partners to explore, adopt, and actively use our Partner Portal.
  • You will lead a CRM optimization project focused on strengthening database integrity and refining marketing segmentation to enhance the performance and precision of our broader email marketing efforts.
  • You will contribute to organizing, maintaining, and improving access to digital assets, templates, and documentation.
  • You will flex your creative muscles to design brand assets and create content.
  • You will assist with project tracking, report generation, and note taking to support efficient team collaboration and workflows.

You Have:

  • You're in your final year of studies (4th year of post-secondary or equivalent)
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • A strong interest in data-driven marketing, brand, inbound marketing, and marketing operations.
  • Resourceful self-starter with the ability to use critical thinking and modern tools (including AI) to work through challenges and propose thoughtful solutions.
  • Professional, reliable, accountable, and responsive in a remote work environment.
  • Detail-oriented individual who can ensure accuracy, spot patterns, and analyze raw data to tell a story.
  • Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies.
  • Experience working with Canva (a must) and Adobe Creative Cloud (nice to have).
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office(particularly Excel)and digital collaboration tools(like Teams and Monday.com).
