About The Company
The focal points of the club are a beautiful 58,000 square foot club house, a newly renovated Gene Bates' designed premiere championship 18-hole golf course, 10 tennis courts, an Olympic-size swimming pool, fitness center, and an updated pool/tennis clubhouse.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily management and oversight of the Pool Snack Bar.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked poolside food and beverage operation.
  • Ensure all opening, closing, and cleaning procedures are completed properly.
  • Supervise and support FOH Pool Snack Bar staff, including - Snack Bar Attendants, Snack Bar      Bartenders, Cocktail Servers and Snack Bar Supervisor
  • Provide hands on coaching and training to the team.
  • Collaborate with the management team on staff schedules , time-off requests, and labor budget guidelines.
  • Fill in for any FOH Pool Snack Bar position when operationally necessary.
  • Ensure exceptional service for members and guests while addressing member concerns and feedback with      professionalism and hospitality.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment that enhances the member experience and promotes genuine hospitality.

Operational Management

  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and product tracking.
  • Ensure staff complete all side work, cleaning, and operational duties.
  • Maintain strong communication between pool operations, kitchen staff, and clubhouse outlets.

Club Exposure & Professional Development

  • Assist operations in the main clubhouse as needed to gain broader exposure to club food and beverage      operations.
  • Participate in management discussions, training, and operational meetings.
  • Work closely with the Assistant General Manager and F&B leadership to learn operational      decision-making and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently Enrollment in a Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related program.
  • Previous Internship experience or recommendation from school faculty.
  • Must maintain a positive & professional attitude and appearance in a high-volume hospitality      environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing weather conditions
