Trainee Opportunities

We are currently looking for trainees to join our team in the following fields:
 • Finance
• Purchasing
• Logistics
• Quality
• Engineering



What We Offer
 • Up to 10 months of real work experience, mentored by Lear professionals.
• Program period: July 2026 – May 2027 (Lear Valls).
• Up to 950 hours/academic year on site from June 2024 to May 2025 (Lear Valls). Assigned to a real Lear project, focused on automotive that gives you the chance to conduct your TFG/TFM. 
• Working schedule: 20–35 hours per week.
• Economic grant provided.
• Career opportunity: Possibility to join Lear at the end of the program based on positive evaluations and available positions.



What We Are Looking For

Education

Final-year students in one of the following fields:
• Business Administration & Management
• Economics
• Finance & Accounting
• Double Degree in Business Administration and Finance & Accounting
• Electronics Engineering
• Telecommunications Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Computer Science

Requirements
 • Fluent English (main working language).
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered a plus.
